Fine Cut H Cut PVC/Metallic Garland - Sometimes referred to as Starburst Garland, this type of garland is made by combining Glitter-Glo materials with metallic bilaminates to create a sparkling effect. "Bilaminate" means that the film is made of two laminates, sandwiched together with the silvered surface between them, "Fine-Cut" denotes a needle width of 3/32" - "H-Cut" needles are perpendicular to the center core of the material.
