Regular Cut V Cut PVC/Metallic Garland - Sometimes refered to as Starburst Garland, this type of garland is made by combining Glitter Glo materials with metallic bilaminates to create a sparkling effect. "Bilaminate" means that the film is made of two laminates, sandwiched together with the silvered surface between them, "Regular Cut" denotes a needle width of 1/2" - "V-cut" needles are at a 45 degree angle to the center.
