Understanding Frame Level Lettering

Multiple People
Giant Everests are shipped in smaller component parts and are relatively easy to assemble. However, when assembled, they are large and extremely heavy. A minimum of 2 people is recommended for installation. With taller trees, more people are recommended for the purpose of handing up components. Or, a bucket truck or scissor lift is a good alternative.
Flat Surface
It is absolutely essential that the tree is assembled on a at surface that is hard enough to withstand considerable weight without deforming or sinking. Pavement or a load-bearing oor surface are recommended. If the installation is on grass or dirt, care should be taken that the ground is at enough and hard enough to withstand the tree’s weight.
Electrical
Consult a qualified electrician to ensure adequate electrical capacity is available to avoid overloaded circuits.
Preparation
Unwrap the metal framework from its protective covering, keeping in place the hangtag labels.
If cutting the protective covering with a knife, use caution to not cut electrical wiring or excessively scratch frame. Hardware for connecting the framework will be attached to each piece of framework.
Properly Fluffing Branches
It is very important to u and test lights on all branches BEFORE installing them on the metal Frame. Shape the branches by directing the sub-branches to the left, and to the right, and then to the underside, to achieve the most natural and full appearance.

Parts List

*Long branches are lit and installed on all levels except the bottom ring of the ground level frame. For example, a 20’ tree’s base level (level D) comes with 32 branches: 16 long and 16 short. The short branches are placed at ground level. **Short branches are unlit and meant to be placed at ground level only. Short branches only apply to the base ring and are listed in the chart for reference on every tree height.

The example below is a 20ft Giant Everest tree. If your tree is a different size that’s okay! Different size trees come with different ring “Levels” but the primary parts and assembly process are the same.

Wiring Harness Diagram and Power Run Lines
- Giant Everest tree frames come equipped with a heavy duty wiring harness.
- Each power lead handles a different part of the harness and each is designed to handle up to 1440 watts.
- If you add other lit ornamentation like tree toppers that will use the harness, please include that in your max wattage planning.
- Depending on your tree height or bulb type you may not need to use all available lead run lines.
- However, should you decide to grow your tree or change from LED 5MM Mini Light branches to LED C7 branches, the wiring harness will accommodate those upgrades.
- Each section of the harness also comes with different length power run lines.
- These cables are designed by height for each harness section.
- This assembly guide includes detailed wattage and amperage specifications per tree size.
- If you are unsure how to properly power your tree, we recommend you consult an electrician.
