Payments
The All American Christmas Company accepts various forms of payment.
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. We also accept purchase
orders and net 30 billing or other payment terms for our commercial
clients who have setup payment options with us.
Shipping
Due to the size and/or weight of most of these commercial items UPS and
other standard carriers will not transport these items. Therefore
all items are shipped via F.O.B. (Freight on Board). This is why all
orders are generally quoted orders.
Discounting
We do discount many prices depending on the time of year.
We are always busy from September through the Holiday season. Our
suppliers and manufacturers are generally slower from January through
August and will offer discounts which we pass on to our customers. There
is a minimum order for a discount to apply. On many items the
following discount structure will apply based on the published retail
price from our suppliers.

These discounts will apply to most of the pole decorations, large
trees, garland items, and the custom ground displays. You may contact us
directly or use our quote system to get a custom quote.
Cancellation
All Cancellations are via phone only due to the fact that many items
may already in the process of being manufactured. Please contact at
(931)836-1212 if you need to cancel an order. Please remember that
using our quote system is not an order but an intention to order the
products placed in the quote system.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy is your right.
The personal information you submit to AllAmericanChristmas.com will not
be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties in any form, for any
purposes, at any time. All American Christmas will not disclose your sales
history to third parties for any purpose, at any time. The items you
purchase will not be shared with other businesses or customers, period,
online or off.
When you get a quote for products from us no credit card information will
be used. Any orders you decide to place with us will be after you
have received a quote and then we will arrange for payment over the phone
or fax, so if paying by credit card no information will be passed over the
internet. We have a retail division at
www.aachristmas.com which does
accept credit cards online, this is a secure server, certified by
GoDaddy.com, and provides the highest level of security available. On
our retail site, once we receive your encrypted personal information, we
then store it on a machine that is not accessible from the internet. So
after orders are ran, we removed all credit card information from our
online database.
